Glen’s mantra is “Difference is the essence of marketing success.” It’s a conviction that has made a difference for clients and corporations alike for over four decades.

As agency president, Glen is 100% involved in the agency’s day-to-day activities. His specialties are branding and creative strategy development, which he provides for a diverse range of clients in the consumer and business-to-business categories.

After earning a marketing degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, Glen started in sales for The Pillsbury Co. and worked his way into brand management. Switching to the agency side, Glen then spent several years in account management at Leo Burnett Advertising in Chicago, working on major national brands such as Campbell Soup and Vick Chemical. Returning to corporate marketing, Glen served as Director of Marketing for a division of Sara Lee Corp. and then VP of Marketing/Sales for National Sea Products (U.S. Corp) based in Tampa.

Advertising beckoned once again and Glen became president of Ensslin & Hall Advertising, then a regional 4As agency based in Tampa. But for a man of passion, nothing could compare to starting his own agency. So, in 1990, Glen helped open the doors to PeakBiety Branding + Advertising. The agency has had the privilege of serving many fine organizations in both consumer and business-to-business sectors, including Nokia, HONOR, H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute, Pepin Heart Hospital, TECO Energy, Numara Software, All Children’s Hospital and many others. The agency is a proud member of the American Association of Advertising Agencies (AAAA).

Glen and the agency also believe in making a difference in the community and have long given of their time and talents to aid Greater Tampa Bay organizations. This has included work for: American Cancer Society (FL Division–Tampa Hope Lodge), Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Boy Scouts/Gulf Ridge Council, Prevent Blindness FL, Hillsborough County Crisis Center, Paint Your Heart Out and Children’s Home.

Glen has long been an involved member of The Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce. He is a current member of the Board of Directors and served on the Executive Committee of the Board in 2002 and 2004. His other memberships include Sales and Marketing Executives (SME), American Marketing Association and Tampa Bay Advertising Federation.
