FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
PeakBiety is honored at the National ADDY competition
TAMPA. FL—PeakBiety Branding + Advertising was awarded a National ADDY Award in the 2006 competition for their work for Moffitt Cancer Center. The winning piece was a poster done on a pro-bono basis for Moffitt’s “Make May Moffitt Month” Campaign. After placing in several categories at the district level, PeakBiety went on to represent the district as one of only two agencies awarded on the national level. Historically, much of the award winning work at the national level has emerged from larger agencies in major markets such as New York, Chicago, and L.A.
This 2006 National award makes PeakBiety a two-time National ADDY winner with another award having been won in the early 90’s for their TV work on Nokia Mobile Phones. “While creativity is key, success in branding is not only a function of our creativity, but also our on-target strategy… an element far too often forgotten,” says Mike Biety, Vice President of Client Services.
The ADDY Awards competition originated in 1960 and is sponsored by the American Advertising Federation (AAF) - a national organization committed to developing the highest standards in advertising. The ADDY awards are recognized as the largest creative advertising competition in the country. The national awards ceremony will be held in San Francisco on June 11, 2006.
PeakBiety Branding + Advertising services local, regional and national clients in a variety of business sectors. The agency focuses on adding value for its clients by improving customer perceptions. This commitment is summed in the agency’s promise, “The Power of Perception®."
PeakBiety is also one of the few agencies in Tampa Bay to meet the strict requirements for membership in the prestigious American Association of Advertising Agencies (AAAAs).
